Important Updates: COVID-19 & Building Bonds Services

UPDATE January 17th, 2021: At this time, all private training is taking place at our training center or at your home in your backyard. All persons attending private training sessions at your home or at our training center are required to wear masks. Our trainers wear masks 100% of the time they are at the training center, even when they are alone in an effort to reduce the spread of any respiratory droplets. Please direct questions to Kim at

In preparation for private one on one sessions and group classes, all Building Bonds, LLC and Journey Agility, LLC clients will be required to sign a Covid 19 Waiver, Informed Consent and Private/Group Training Agreement prior to attending training sessions at Building Bonds. These agreements can be found in the group class or private training registration forms.

Safety measures are in place to adhere to social distancing and other CDC recommended guidelines. To further ensure the safety of our clients will ensure that a safe distance of a minimum of 6 feet is always maintained between everyone in the facility. We have instituted additional measures for both instructors and students based on CDC guidelines which are outlined in our COVID 19 Waiver, Informed Consent, and Training Agreement.

Building Bonds in moving to 4809 E Speedway effective 2/1/21. We will be expanding our pet supply offerings available for sale. Our retail shop is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY  and masks are required for entry to our facility.

Alicia and I ask for your flexibility as we navigate these new conditions.

Building Bonds is exceptionally well prepared for a situation like this because we are a highly sanitized facility that has numerous processes and procedures in place to prevent illnesses for animals and people. Many of these same processes and procedures are preventive for COVID-19. If you do not feel comfortable yet to attend private training or group classes, we will continue to offer online one on one behavior consulting and training sessions.

With that being said, we ask that if you are feeling sick or may have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 or ANY illness, please stay home.

We will keep you informed of any circumstances that may change and if we need to make adjustments. If you are impacted by the pandemic in any way and you think we can help, please don’t hesitate to ask Alicia or me for help. We value you and your health and wish everyone well during this time.

In health,

Kim Silver
