In this hands on one-day workshop with your dog, Licensed Massage Therapist Elissa Hambright explains the benefit of canine massage and essential oils on your pet’s health. Experts estimate that upwards of ninety percent of disease is stress-related. And perhaps nothing ages our pets faster than high stress. Massage is an effective tool for managing this stress and promotes physical and behavioral health in dogs. The benefits include:

  • Decreased Anxiety

  • Relaxation

  • Increased Oxygenation

  • Relief from pain (a common underlying cause of aggressive behavior)

  • And so much more!

Combined with essential oils, enrichment and behavior modication, massage may just be the missing piece to your dog’s total well being. Licensend Massage Therapist Elissa Hambright will expand upon these important topics of massage and essential oils. Certified Professional Dog Trainer Kim Silver will discuss how we can use these tools in combination with enrichment and behavior modifcation to help make our dog’s lives richer. Whether your dog is elderly, anxious, or happy go lucky you will learn how to better enhance your dog’s life.
